BedSheetMarket Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BedSheetMarket. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unchanged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene standards, bedding that has been washed or used cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale".

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by shipping.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
